an entire month of culture, craft and cuisine. The 'Colours of Malaysia'
brings together activities, exhibitions and events that showcase the
best that Malaysia has to offer. Join in the festivities as the month
kicks off with a parade as well as dance and music performances. Food
festivals and cultural exhibitions are also held throughout the country.
Tadau Kaamatan

Grateful
thanks are offered to the spirit of the paddy, Bambaazon, by the Kadazan
Dusun. This is the Tadau Kaamatan, celebrated by Sabah's largest ethnic
group. Abundant rice wine or tuak, delicious food, dancing, buffalo
racing and a variety of games and other festivities take place as
part of the celebrations.
